A mother (Kathy) and daughter (Shan) have been given a once in a life-time opportunity to start on a journey that embraces holistic living. Both of us having different reasons to embark on this road. Kathy at 59 has had a life-time of migraines, triggered by stress and hormonal imbalances, weight issues, a corporate job that required countless hours of travel and significant workplace drama. Shan (23) has successfully overcome a history of incorrect eating, hormonal weight issues, binge eating and has started to understand what her body needs to thrive.
